Pre-made lentiviral particles expressing a fusion target of (CFP-human Zyxin).  The sequence verified codon sequence of human Zyxin gene  was fusioned at its N-terminal with CFP protein, expressed under a consitutive suCMV promoter.

Human Zyxin gene (NCBI accession ID: NM_001010972.1) is a zinc-binding phosphoprotein that concentrates at focal adhesions and along the actin cytoskeleton. The fluorescent labeled Zyxin can be used to visualize sub-cellular singal transduction pathway where the adhesion-stimulated gene expression and the cytoskeletal organization of actin bundles happened.
