Utilizing its SureTiter lentiviral system or Inducible lentiviral system, Gentarget produced Ready-To-Use lentiviral particles (LP) for many common used gene markers and enzymes. Each target was fully sequencing verified and expressed under suCMV promoter . Target's transduction can be monitored by fluorescent signal under fluorescent microscope and also selected by an antibiotic. Please see vector's schematic structure below.

   

Particles were pseudotyped with VSV-G protein and packed in 293T cell in either DMEM medium with 10% FBS or serum-free medium, provided as 200 μL/vial containing > 1 x 10⁷  IFU (Infection Function Unit) /ml.

The pre-made LPs are ideal for expression ready gene delivery into the cell lines of your interest, for assays both in vivo or in vitro. They are extremely easy to use, no need for any mixing or addition, simply add certain amount of virus into your cultured cells. You will be able to observe the expression in 72 hours.
