Pre-made Lentiviral particle for six mouse stem cell factors (Oct3/4, SOX2, NANOG, LIN28, c-Myc, Klf4), driven by tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A Neomycin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. (Note: individual lentiviral particle for each stem factor is under different Cat#). It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present.
