Gentarget Inc has launched a new range of expression ready lentiviral particles that allow easy gene delivery into hard to transfect cells including primary cells, non-dividing cells and cells in suspension.

Gentarget Inc's lentiviral particles are supplied ready-to-use eliminating the need for any lipids or transfection reagents. The range of pre-made lentiviral particles are proven to deliver genes in a highly reproducible and controllable manner for the expression of widely used bio-markers, assay-enzymes, human proteins (~300 genes), mouse proteins, and fluorescent control markers. Using its proprietary lentivirus production protocols and its Inducible lentiviral system, Gentarget produce the highest virus titer in serum-free medium or in PBS with many unique features for protein expression.

Gentarget's premade lentivirus product series provide the realiable, fast and cost effectively tools for gene delivery. Those particles also provides the easiest method to create stable cell lines for long-term high constitutive or Tet inducible expression. Further, Gentarget's lentiviral particles can also be used in-vivo for the generation of transgenic animals and for inducing pluripotent stem cells (iPSC). Custom lentiviral particles for the expression of your own gene of interest or shRNA can also be generated form service projects.

Gentarget's lentiviral products are safe to use with the adaptation of the highest safety standards with 3'LTR SIN (self-inactivation)feature. Aand particles are easy to use, simply add the high titre particles (1 x 107 IFU/ml or higher) to cultured cells, and you will be able to confirm the specific target's expression under a fluorescent microscope after 48-72 hours.
