Pre-made lentiviral particles expressing a fusion target of (GFP-human P53).  The sequence verified human P53 gene codon sequence was fusioned at its N-terminal with GFP protein, expressed under a consitutive suCMV promoter.

Human P53 (NCBI accession ID:NM_000546) involvs in many signal pathway. The fluorescent labeled P53 can be used to visualize sub-cellular pathway where the P53 bound or targeted at.
