Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system with GFP-full-length β-Galactosidase fusion (GFP-LacZ) and RFP genes. GFP-lacZ fusion was expressed under suCMV promoter with C-term His tag. Under the same suCMV promoter, RFP is bicistronically expressed (mediated via Furin-2A peptide) as seperated protein without any tags.
