Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed.
