Transformed from HEK293 cells via lentiviral system with sequence verified tetracycline repressor (TetR) gene. TetR was expressed under suCMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter. see Product Manual for details. It is used for Tetracycline inducible expression system.
