Pre-made human P53 Lentiviral particles containing sequence verified hP53 gene under suCMV promoter. A blasticidin gene under RSV promoter allows to select stable cells for long term expression, and a RFP protein to trace virus transduction. hP53 was expressed with N-term His-tag.
