This particles was produced in our tetraycline inducible lentiviral system. The Pre-made lentiviral particles expressing codon optimized YFP under tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells via blasticidin antibiotic. YFP is constitutively expressed in high level. But optionally, this particles can be used as Tetracycline inducible expression of YFP in the prescence of TetR protein (repressor). It's a control particles to validate your tetracylcine inducible system. Please see product manual for details. Both YFP and RFP signal can be visulized under fluorescent microsope. The RFP is constitutively expressed and not affected by Tetracycline inducation.
