Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system with sequence verified human P53 gene. P53 is expressed under an inducible suCMV promoter. The cell costitutively express the repressor protein (tetR) which stop the P53 expression. The P53 expression only occer when inducible by adding tetracycline into the culture medium. Product Manual.
