Pre-made lentivial particles containing sequence verified CRE recombinase under suCMV promoter. A blasticidin gene under RSV promoter allows to select stable cells for long term expression, and a RFP protein to trace virus transduction. CRE was expressed with N-term His-tag. CRE lentivirus can catalyze the jointing event In Vivo in the presence of lox sites. Purified CRE enzyme can joint individual plasmids containing lox sites.
