Pre-made YFP lentivial particles expressing codon optimized YFP under suCMV promoter. A Neomycin gene under RSV promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. Virus was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS. See product manual (.pdf).

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create YFP expression stable cell line (via Neomycin selection);
3. others;
