Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system with sequence verified firefly luciferase gene. Luciferase was expressed under CMV promoter, A Blasticidin antibiotic marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell constitutively express Luciferase enzyme. Please see details in Product manual.
