Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system with sequence verified firefly luciferase gene. Luciferase was expressed under CMV promoter, A RFP-Puromycin fusion dual marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell constitutively express both Luciferase and RFP. Please see details in Product Manual.
