Pre-made inducible lentiviral particles for expressing mouse target: NANOG (alternative name: ENK, ecat4), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_028016.2.

Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A RFP-blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.

Particles can be used for constitutive high expression for making mouse iPS cells. If inducible expressin is desirable, it can be used as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present in advance (see inducible lentiviral system for details). Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed. Particles were packaged in serum-free solution containing no any human or animal origin components.
