Pre-made GFP lentivial particles expressing codon optimized GFP under suCMV promoter. A blasticidin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells.

The particles was concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS. (See product manual (.pdf).

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create GFP expression stable cell line (via Blasticidin selection);
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁹ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
