GenTarget provide two types of premade stable cell line

Pre-made mammalian stable cells derivative from adhesive HEK 293 cells via Lentivial system. Each cell line integrated a specific target gene driven by suCMV promoter or inducible suCMV, or  EF1a promoter for high level constitutive expression. Please see each product's manual for details.

For inducible stable cell line, the target was not expressed until induced by adding Tetracycline into the culture medium.
