Eco^TM RichMedium is a ready-to-use, pre-sterilized medium (1000 ml/ea), designed for high yield recombinant protein expression in E Coli.  It is suitable for T7-regulated protein expression systems that inducible by IPTG. But, it eliminates the time consuming induction steps so that no need to monitor cell densities and no need to add IPTG for induction. It promotes high yield growth of E Coli to density of 10 to 20 (OD600) and protein is automatically expressed under standard culture conditions (see above image showed two sample proteins were highly auto-induced using EcoTM RichMedium). Protein yield from Eco^TM RichMedium is significantly higher than that from conventional LB medium-IPTG induction system. See product manual.
