Pre-made CFP lentivial particles containing codon optimized CFP under suCMV promoter. A blasticidin gene under RSV promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See product manual (.pdf).

It was concentrated and buffer chaged into PBS, does not contains human or animal origin components, best suitable for suspension cell's transducion or in vivo application.
