Pre-made serum-free GFP control lentivial particles expressing codon optimized GFP under suCMV promoter. It does not contains human or animal origin components, best suitable for suspension cell's transducion in serum free medium. A blasticidin gene under PGK promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See product manual (.pdf).
