Simply PCR out your gene of interest with a primer pair that flanked with short homologous arm to the expression vector, then add 1ul of PCR into the engineered, Ready-to-use Cloning cells, and immediately proceed to transformed. You do not need to buy the expression vectors. The expression optimized E Coli or mammalian expression vector was already built-in in each kind of cloning cells. You just select the cloning cells with the built-in vector. (Notes: to use your own vector, we can built it into our engineered cloning cells in the service project).
For E Coli expression, the verified positive clone will be directly used for T7 based or non-T7 based protein expression (dependent the built-in vector), thus it eliminates the 2nd transformation into expression strain (such as BL21).
