• shRNA lentiviral services: we design shRNA sequences for the genes of your interest (or use your validated shRNAs), construct the lentiviral inducible shRNA expression clones,  and generate  0.5ml of Ready-to-use shRNA lentivirus.

You choose the inducible lentiviral shRNA vectors (see the vector map scheme below), we deliver the sequence verified shRNA lentivector, and ready-to-use High-titer shRNA lentivirus to you. We also provide you the free negative control shRNA (Null-Ctr) lentiviral particles with corresponding selected marker. (Note: knockdown validation is not include,  but if order 3 shRNA for one target, we guarantee at least one shRNA showing >75% knockdown. Or if use 3 shRNA pool, the knockdown level is guaranteed >75%.)

• Over-Expression lentiviral services:  We construct the  lentiviral expression clones for your targets, and  generate  0.5ml of Ready-to-use high-titer expression lentivirus. 

You choose the lenti expression vector (see the vector map scheme below) and provide target templates, we sub-clone your target into our lentiviral vectors, and delive the high titer, ready-to-use lentivirus to you. You have the options with different promoters and different selection markers, or make fluorescent-target fusion, and 6His-tag at N-term or C-term of your target is optional. 

(Note: Our tetracycline inducible promoters can be used as constitutive expression. The inducible expression is just an optional feature. see here for details.)
