Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expresses human target, INS-IGF2 (alternative name: INSIGF) (NCBI ID: NM_001042376.2 ).
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (no need for any induction), or used for inducible expression when the repressor protein (TetR) is present. A GFP-Puromycin fusion dual marker allows fluorescence sorting or Puromycin selection of the transduced cells. The GFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance.
