Description
Lentivirus express the firefly luciferase 3 gene under the enhanced EF1a promoter. Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed in high level in almost all cell types. It carries the Zeocin selection marker under RSV promoter, for selection of the transduced cells for long term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM, containing 10x polybrene.
