Description
Lentivirus express the firefly luciferase 3 gene under the mPGK promoter which is a weaker promoter in mammalian cells. This lentivirus provide a good tool to monitor the mPGK promoter strength in desired cell type. It carries the Puromycin selection marker under RSV promoter, for selection of the transduced cells for long term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM, containing 10x polybrene.
