Premade Nano-Lantern Lentivirus for imaging of spCas9 enzyme in Nuclear area. It allows for the tracing of cas9 in targeted locus in real-time in live cells and tissues. 

About Cas9 Enzyme:

CRISPR-Cas9 genomic gene-editing technology utilizes a guide RNA molecule (gRNA) to direct a Cas endonuclease to the genomic DNA targeted site. Then, the Cas enzyme creates a double-strand break at genome. spCas9 (from Streptococcus pyogenes ) is the most frequently used cas endonuclease in CRISPR. 

Nano-Lantern Cas9 probe: 

This Lentivirus construct the fusion of Orange-Nano-Lantern with the spCas9. It contains a Nuclear localization sequence, which allows real-time imaging of Cas9 at the targeted locus in Nuclear area. Upon gRNA added that target at a specific gene (which need to be made separately), the labeled cas9 will be guided to the specific locus where the Luminescence signal can be detected in real-time.  Click Product Manual for product details.
