About Nano-Lantern nuclear membrane: 

This Lentivirus construct the fusion of Orange-Nano-Lantern with the inner nuclear membrane localization signal from lamin B membrane receptor. It allows real-time Luminescence imaging the nuclear membrane sub-cellular structure in dynamics in live cells. The lentivirus contains the puromycin selection.
