Description
Premade lentivirus express the unstable GFP (uGFP) TetCMV promoter. A Neomycin antibiotic marker under the constitutive RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells via Neomycin.
uGFP is constitutively expressed in high level without any induction. But optionally, uGFP can be used as Tetracycline inducible expression in the presence of TetR protein (repressor). Please see Product Manual for details.
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10x polyberne.
