Description
Lentivirus express human codon-optimized SaCas9 endonuclease (from Staphylococcus aureus) under an enhance suCMV promoter, with a NLS (Nuclear Localization Signal) at its N-terminal, for the best nuclear penetration. It also contains a GFP–Blasticidin, the Fluorescent-antibiotic fusion dual marker for sorting or selecting the transduced cells when desired. See details in Product Manual here (.pdf).
