Lentivirus Packaging plasmids

Three packaging plasmids are optimized formulated as a pool for expression of gag⁄pol, rev and VSVG. It generates high titers of lentivirus in 293T lentiviral packaging cell line (cat# TLV-C). Adapted the SIN (self-inactivated) expression lentivector, it only produces the replication incompetent lentivirus.
