GenTarget’s Premade Stable Cell lines:

Mammalian stable cells were transformed via Lentivirus transduction. Each cell line express a specific target gene or report driven by either suCMV promoter or optional inducible suCMV, or a enhanced  EF1a promoter for high level constitutive expression. Two types of cell lines are generated by Gentarget.

   2. Tetracycline inducible target expression stable cell lines; (For inducible stable cell line, the target was not expressed until the addition of  tetracycline into the culture medium.)
