Description
Transformed from human lung cancer cell line, A549 by lentiviral system, this cell line co-express the firefly luciferase gene II and RFP fluorescent reporter (enhanced monomer DsRed), under CMV promoter as separated protein (not as fusion). The Puromycin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
Each cell demonstrates strong RFP fluorescent signal, and luciferase assay signal (Note: this is pooled stable cell population, not originated from a single cell colony. Thus you will observe the uneven RFP signal intensity amount cells).
