Description
This A549 / RFP Stable Cell Line is transformed from the A549 human lung cancer cell line, stably expressing the enhanced RFP fluorescent protein (monomer DsRed, Ex/Em peak: 558nm/586nm ). It was established by transduction of the enhanced RFP expression lentivirus containing a Puromycin resistance marker. RFP is constitutively expressed at a high-level under the enhanced CMV promoter (suCMV). The following expression construct was integrated into the cell line’s genome.
