Description
Pre-packaged negatived control rAAV in Serotype-DJ. It carries a Non-coding stuffer sequence (Null) under a modified CMV Promoter. The Capsids has non-functional payloads, used as a control for AAV treatment, or conditionally used as the AAV like viral particles (Diameter: ~22–25 nm).

AAV Serotype-DJ is a synthetic serotype made from different serotypes using DNA shuffling. AAV-DJ serotype has the enhanced transduction efficiency in vitro and in vivo compared to wild-type serotypes with Broad Cell Tropism, great transduction rate in CNS, Liver, Kidney, Fibroblasts, muscle. To determine the serotype that best suits your desired cell types, you can use the AAV-GFP Serotype Screening Kit.
