Description
Lentivirus expresses human codon-optimized wild-type Cas9 endonuclease under CAG promoter, with our proprietary NLS (Nuclear Localization Signal) at its N-terminal, for the best nuclear penetration. It also contains a Puromycin antibiotic marker for the selection of the transduced cells. (see also the Non-Integration Lentivirus of this product, CAT#: IDLV007A.)
This is the concentrated lentivirus with higher titer. See Product Manual here (.pdf).
Application: used for CRISPR gene editing
Amount: 1×10^8 IFU/mlx 200ul (provided in PBS solution, premixed with 10x Polybrene, 60ug/ml)
