Description
This Pre-made lentiviral particles expresses human target, CEACAM5 (carcinoembryonic antigen related cell adhesion molecule 5), Alternative Names: CD66e; CEA. The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004363.5
The target is natively expressed under under an enhanced EF1a promoter which is best for suspension cells, like T cells, or B cells (or so called Hard-to-transduced cell type or cell types have weak CMV promoter strength). The lentivirus contains a Blasticidin selection under the RSV promoter. See the expression cassette scheme below:
