Description
Lentivirus express human codon-optimized Cas9 endonuclease (Streptococcus pyogenes ) under suCMV promoter, with a proprietary NLS (Nuclear Localization Signal) at its N-terminal, for the best nuclear penetration. It also contains a RFP-Puromycin fusion Fluorescent-antibiotic dual marker for the selection of the transduced cells. (see also the Non-Integration Lentivirus of this product, CAT#: IDLV008A.)

Application: used for CRISPR gene editing
Amount: 1×10^8 IFU/mlx 200ul (provided in PBS solution, premixed with 10x Polybrene, 60ug/ml)
