Pre-made Lentiviral particles expressing nuclear permeable CRE recombinase under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. A GFP marker was co-expressed under the same promoter. CRE and GFP were bicistronically expressed as individual protein mediated by a 2A element.
CRE contains a NLS (nuclear localization signal) at its N-term. This nuclear permeant CRE increases the recombination events in vivo. A Puromycin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. Particles allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via GFP signal or via Puromycin antibiotic selection.
NLS-CRE and GFP are constitutively expressed in high level, and optionally, also can be used as tetracycline inducible expression as desired. GFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
Cre protein, from bacteriophage P1, catalyzes recombination between 34 base pair target sequences, named lox sites. CRE lentiviral particles can catalyze the jointing event In Vivo in the presence of lox sites. Purified CRE enzyme can joint individual plasmids containing lox sites.

Particles was concentrated via our proprietary procedures, and re-suspended in PBS buffer for ultra high titer virus, suitable for all types of in vivo applications.
Amount: 50 ul/per vial, at 1 x 10e9 IFU/ml in PBS.
