Lentivirus expresses human target, GDF9: chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 1 (alternative name: CD191; CKR-1; CKR1; CMKBR1; HM145; MIP1aR; SCYAR1 ). The sequence is 100% matched CDS region (NCBI ID: NM_005260).
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (without any induction) or used for inducible expression with tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
The lentivirus contains the RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual marker, which allows fluorescence sorting or blasticidin resistance selection of transduced cells. The RFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance.
Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 10x of polybrene (60 ug/ml). (Note: When specifically requested, the concentrated particles can be provided at 1 x 108 IFU/ml in 200ul in PBS solution upon request).
