h CD155 Expression Lentivirus

SKU: LVP1512 Categories: ,

Lentivirus expresses human PVR cell adhesion molecule, (Gene_Name: CD155 ), with coding sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_006505 (gene_synonym: CD155; HVED; Necl-5; NECL5; PVS; TAGE4).

The target was expressed under the optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV) (click to see more technical details). It constitutively expresses the target.  And optionally,  It can be used for the inducible expression when used together with its repressor (TetR). It also contains the RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual selection marker, under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic. RFP signal provides convenient, realtime monitoring of the performance of the particles.

When desired, use the cognate Null-control Lentivirus (CAT#: CMV-Null-RB) as the negative control, for lentivirus treatment in your cell culture. The Null-Control does not express any targets, but has the same RFP-Blasticidin selection marker.
