Description
This premade Lentivirus expresses human target, CD86 (human CD80 molecule) (alternative name: B7-2; B7.2; B70; CD28LG2; LAB72). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_175862.
The full sequence-verified target is expressed under the enhanced EF1a promoter (which is best for hard-to-transduced cell types, like T Cells, B Cells). It also contains a GFP-Puromycin dual selection marker. The GFP signal provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance. See Product Manual for details.
