Description
Lentivirus express human target: IDO1 (alternative name: IDO; INDO; IDO1), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_002164.4
The codon sequence of the target is natively expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter (Note: this lentivirus can used as regular constitutive high expression and optionally, as tetracycline induced expression). A GFP–Puromycin Fluorescent-antibiotic fusion dual marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via GFP signal or via Puromycin killing (Dual markers). This is the concentrated lentivirus provided in higher titer, best used on hard-to-transduced cell types.
