Description
Lentivirus express human target Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor Gamma ( PPARG2 ) (alternative name: CIMT1; GLM1; NR1C3; PPARG1; PPARG2; PPARgamma). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_015869.
Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can be used as a constant high expression without any induction, and also as tetracycline-inducible expression when desired). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker, under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution at higher titer, best suite for hard-to-transduced cell types, and for In Vivo Assays.
