Lentivirus expresses human target: SOX101 (SRY-box transcription factor 10), (alternative name: DOM; PCWH; WS2E; WS4; WS4C), with coding sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_006941. It contains a GFP–Puromycin dual selection marker.
The target was expressed under the optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV) (click to see more technical details). It constitutively expresses the target, but also optional can be used as for the inducible expression when used together with its repressor (TetR). A GFP–Puromycin fusion dual selection marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via GFP fluorescent signal or via Puromycin antibiotic.
