Lentivirus expresses human target: TMPRSS2 (transmembrane serine protease 2), (alternative name: PP9284; PRSS10), with coding sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_005656. It contains a RFP–Blasticidin dual selection marker.
The target was expressed under the optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV) (click to see more technical details). It constitutively expresses the target, but also optional can be used as for the inducible expression when used together with its repressor (TetR). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual selection marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic. RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
This is the concentrated lentivirus with higher titer, best suite for the “hard-to-transduced” cell types, or for non-serum cell culture.
Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml, concentrated lentivirus in PBS solution.
