Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses HPyV7 Small T Antigen (click to see its coding sequence) under enhanced CMV promoter, 100% matching to the small T-antigen’s CD sequence in Polyomavirus HPyV7 (Accession ID: LC309235.1).
The lentivirus contains RFP–Blasticidin dual selection, which allows to select the transduced cells via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
