Human 786-O (Luciferase / GFP) Stable Cells



Transformed from human 786-O cell line (that derived from a primary clear cell adenocarcinoma (from the kidney) of 58-years male Caucasian), the Luciferase and GFP was constitutively co-expressed under EF1a promoter as two separate protein (not as fusion), mediated via 2A element. The Puromycin resistance marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome. 

Each cell demonstrates strong GFP fluorescent signal (see sample image below) and luciferase assay signal via Luc assay

(Note: It is the pooled stable cell population, not originated from a single cell colony. Thus you will observe the uneven GFP signal intensity amount cells).
