Human HT-29 / (Luciferase & GFP) Stable Cells



Transformed from HT-29  cell line (a human colorectal adenocarcinoma epithelial cell line), the Luciferase and GFP was constitutively co-expressed under EF1a promoter as two separate protein (not as fusion), mediated via 2A element. The Puromycin resistance marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome. 


Each cell demonstrates the strong GFP fluorescent signal (see sample image below), and Bio-luminescence signal via Luciferase substrate (D-luciferin), In Vivo, and In Vitro.
