Human T47D / GFP Stable Cells

$1,500.00

Description

Human T47D cell line was derived from the pleural effusion of a ductal carcinoma of the breast of an 54-year-old female human patient. The T47D cell line has been used in the studies of the effects of progesterone on breast cancer and the corresponding transcriptional regulation caused by introduced drugs, in the anti-proliferative effects of potential drugs, in migration and podosome formation. T47D has proven useful in breast cancer studies and bone metastasis.

Gentarget generated this GFP reporter cells, transformed from human T47D  cell line by lentivirus expressing enhance GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the constitutive EF1a Promoter. Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker.

The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
